These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 10cuci ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://10cuci.com ("the Platform"). This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written representations, agreements, or understandings between you and 10cuci regarding your use of the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to this Agreement and that such person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.
The Platform is operated under international gaming authority oversight. The Company reserves all rights to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Access to and use of the 10cuci Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
10cuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including identity documents (NRIC, passport), proof of age, and proof of address, at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in account suspension.
To access the real-money gaming features of the 10cuci Platform, you must create an account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 10cuci Platform at any one time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 10cuci employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, and any balances, pending withdrawals, and unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify 10cuci immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 10cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
In accordance with international gaming authority requirements and applicable anti-money laundering standards, 10cuci requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, or at any time the Company deems appropriate. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and a proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within specified timeframes may be restricted from accessing withdrawal functions.
All deposits to your 10cuci account must be made using payment methods approved by the Company, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency, subject to current availability. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 10cuci does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Platform's cashier section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by 10cuci's finance team. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are: eWallets and FPX — within 1 hour under normal circumstances; bank transfers — 1 to 4 business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. 10cuci reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of security and compliance reviews.
10cuci does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Any funds received from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating source where technically possible, and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.
All content on the 10cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, user interface design, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10cuci or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 10cuci content without the Company's express prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 10cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The 10cuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability without prior notice.
In all circumstances, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10cuci, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 10cuci's internal customer support channels. 10cuci may revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the 10cuci Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
